As the CFO, transformed a regional construction firm into a hyper-growth, high-margin business. Expanded from $30M to $100M in revenue within 24 months by creating a new divisional corporate structure, dramatically improving operational visibility and accountability. EBITDA margins rose from a loss position to over 35%. The transformation included major financial and operational overhaul across 17 entities. Established centralized finance, IT, HR, treasury, and risk functions for a fragmented multi-entity enterprise. Introduced AI tools (Corpay, Scribe, Finvari, Briq), streamlined AP and credit card processes across 156 accounts, and implemented end-to-end forecasting and divisional budgeting from scratch.

As CFO, executed high-impact M&A and growth strategy in private equity-backed manufacturer while serving as CFO of both commercial ($200M+) and consumer ($700M+) divisions. Doubled commercial EBITDA from $4M to $8M and increased consumer EBITDA from $60M to $92M in one year.  Completed two acquisitions adding $150M in revenue and $40M in EBITDA, managing diligence through post-close integration.​

As VP Finance, led IPO process and integration of 10 acquisitions post-public offering.  Developed the IPO pricing model in coordination with underwriters and legal teams, leading to a successful Nasdaq debut. Oversaw financial integration of 10 acquisitions totaling over $100M and managed all internal and external financial reporting to the Board, shareholders, and SEC.
